Now had come the big day! The day that we finally got to combine
everything we'd done and run our own pop-up restaurant! Surprisingly it went
really well! Our team work together almost seamlessly and there were only a few
little bumps in the road. We had a couple of problems with customer orders
being sent to the wrong table or receiving the wrong meals and I think this was
because it was a new experience for us and we were quite nervous. Apart from
that all the digital work we had completed before hand ran well. Looking back
at customer feedback also reflected this. Customers couldn't believe we were
only teenagers running the stall. We also got great feedback on our interactive
menus. Customers loved how easy it was to use and the amount of information it
displayed! We were really proud of what we achieved!
